Research in transport law
Research in transport law is performed in different parallel areas. Several competent researchers tied to the Institute produce a considerable amount of transport law materials. Books and other writingThe Institute’s publication series normally issues one or a few titles per year. In the future the best examination theses will also be published annually. Swedish legislation, case law and legal writing is noted annually in Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly, the Droit Maritime Français and the Annuario de Derecho Maritimo, and it is planned that this material should be held available monthly on the Institute’s home pages. Legislative and Consultative OpinionsThe Institute is currently consulted by the Government on proposed legislation and by other authorities and bodies on various questions. Such legislative and consultative opinions are noted on our home pages and may be ordered by e-mail. Examination thesesOur students’ examination theses often have very good quality, and we are proud to hold such papers available to the public to be bought from the Law Institution at its regular charge.
