This is the site of the Law for Social-Ecological Resilience Conference that took place 17-19 November 2010.

The Conference was co-arranged by Stockholm Environmental Law and Policy Centre, at the Faculty of Law, and Stockholm Resilience Centre, both at Stockholm University.

The Law for Social-Ecological Resilience Conference brought together experts of different disciplines to assess, analyse and debate the impact of law on environmental governance, ecosystem management and sustainability policies – ranging from local to global contexts –with the aim of furthering the understanding of the role of law and improving the prospects for environmental governance and sustainable development.
