Field of work:
I teach Procedural Law at undergraduate level as well as various specialised courses, such as courses concerning preliminary hearings, criminal procedure and aliens law, using case methodology as my pedagogical basis.

My research focuses primarily on various issues from the field of evidence law, especially regarding criminal cases, but the Theory of Evidence is applied even to studies in the field of private and administrative law (such as, for example, tax disputes, social legislation, asylum cases, etc.) as well as to published applied studies. For example, the anthology series BEVIS (EVIDENCE) is often based on student contributions (applied studies) and interdisciplinary collaboration (psychology, psychiatry, criminology, etc.).
