Field of work:
My special field of research is labour law. My thesis concerns differences between government employment contracts and employment contracts in the remainder of the labour market. In the second part of the twentieth century the legal regulation of government employment contracts underwent many radical changes when an increasing number of private law determinants were introduced to the detriment of the public law criteria. This is why it is desirable to determine what the applicable law looks like in this area today.
In addition, I teach Labour Law at Karlstad University.
