Research - Law of Associations

The Law of Business Associations covers issues concerning different forms of associations from the point of view of applicable laws and agreements. This entails creation of various associations, issues of liability, as well as the rights and obligations of the legal subjects involved. Company Law covers also financing of associations’ activities, protection of companies’ capital and minority holders, as well as legal aspects of accounting and auditing. Securities Law covers the structure of the stock market, as well as the function and regulation of the stock market, stock exchange securities market and the stock exchange for financial instruments.
