Helena Andersson - Doctoral Project

The amount of sensitive information processed by computers and the Internet has never been greater. My thesis concerns the ways in which a sufficient level of information security can be reached by means of legal measures, as well as the ways in which law interacts with, for example, technical and organisational measures. I will analyse especially such phenomena as network information management and legal regulation concerning the right of management, encrypting, digital signatures, etc.
