Compulsory Reading

Wahlgren, Peter (ed), Information Technology Law, Scandinavian Studies in Law, Volume 47, 2004. Students participating in the Master Programme receive a discount of 250 SEK. This book will be available at the bookstore Jure AB, Artillerigatan 67, 114 45 Stockholm, see also http://www.jure.se. In order to receive the discount you should mention that you are a student of the Master in Law and IT programme and state your name. You will be notified when the book is available.

The whole book is compulsory. Articles written by lecturers should, however, be given special attention and are preferably to be read prior to the relevant seminar.

Lawrence Lessig, Code version 2.0, Basic Books, 2006. (N.B. this is the updated version of the book Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace, 1999). You will need to find this book yourself, for example, by purchasing it from a bookstore or via the Internet.
